Very bad customer service here, seems like they are trying to steal your money rather than fix your phone they also do not prioritise urgent repairs and delay it by a lot. The owner of the shop did not know how to treat her customers and tried to get me to spend extra services on my phone all thought i told her i no longer wanted that. She then proceeded to refuse me service as i didn’t want to do an expensive repair due to me buying a new phone. The customer service is amazing here. Staff is always honest and helpful. The Latino boy that works there is so funny and handsome. Definitely recommend coming here for phone repairs and accessories.
