Very bad customer service here, seems like they are trying to steal your money rather than fix your phone they also do not prioritise urgent repairs and delay it by a lot. The owner of the shop did not know how to treat her customers and tried to get me to spend extra services on my phone all thought i told her i no longer wanted that. She then proceeded to refuse me service as i didn’t want to do an expensive repair due to me buying a new phone.
