Can’t get a dr of your choice anymore who have been looking after you for years and understand your issues. Feels like you’re starting all over again in every appointment that’s if you can get one. Waited for 6 days for my prescription to be sent back to the chemist which meant going without medication for 3 days Spoke to a receptionist on Monday morning and all he wanted to do was talk over me Where has the care of the patient gone ?

First and last time I will use Econsul to book an appointment, I don't know who benefits from that system but it's not the patient, couldn't get an appointment or talk to a GP, got a message back telling me to go back on line and book an appointment, earliest app was 25th July(over two weeks away) Not good

Impossible to get an appointment. Havr to do an e consult but then at the end of the e consult get told to ring the surgery. Ring the surgery and then get told to go down so the staff can do an e consult. Absolutely mental

I don't visit GP often, however I've recently booked appointments for mandatory requests for detrimental health checks for women and Asthma review! Both were cancelled three times by the surgery! Pleasant staff onsite but very worrying in the mean time.
