Dysfunctional and ineffective. Today I arrived for treatment and the receptionist didn’t even recognize my presence. Was more concerned with her computer than an actual person standing in front of her! I sat down and after being ignored for over 10 minutes i realized I was completely in the wrong place and i walked out. A neurotic receptionist and an ineffective therapist. 2 strikes and you are out.

Amazing facility with great staff. Very clean and professional space with soothing, welcoming vibes and my only regret is not coming in sooner. Jay is a wonderful massage therapist!
