I took my 9-month-old cat to this vet as an emergency because she was rolling all over the floor and making what seemed like crying noises. She also wouldn’t lay down without sticking her butt up in the air. We were concerned because she kept putting her tail to the side, and we thought maybe something happened to her tail. We took our cat in today for an upper respiratory infection that's been going on for years. As soon as the vet tech walked in we exchanged a few words, and we started to get a very bad attitude from her and it only got worse as we went along. I have never been treated this way by any hospital that anywhere we've been to almost all of them we have nine cats now so we frequent vets all the time but I've never been treated like this ever. Do with this information as you may.
Too many negatives! The doctor was home during our scheduled appointment!! The nurse called the doctor numerous times, and there was no response from the doctor. I did not receive a visit summary for most visits. The few that I did receive, I had to continuously beg for it. They kept marketing products that I did not need. They recommended a prescription I/D diet for my dog, did not provide me a written note for the same and refused to talk to my pharmacy when I ordered the prescription diet!
