Very very disappointed in the service at this shop my parents brought there vehicle to them months ago to get work done and get an inspection done only to go pick it up pay 500$ for one of the things they asked to be done to get done then the owner proceeds to verbally accost my disable father to the point he thought he was going to physically attack him this behavior is disgraceful and unacceptable especially after they damaged the car while trying to fix it which is why it sat there longer my father needs his vehicle for a... read more
I had to stop in today n see if I could get my front plate screwed back on after an incident and the lady at the front desk was so very nice n helpful . She took a look n went n found a screwdriver n placed it back on for me . Something I could have easily done but didn't have the tools myself at the time n did not want to continue driving without my front plate so thank u thank u thank you.
I would like to take the time to personally thank Glenns Auto body for their excellent customer service! I have had situations that without the knowledge of car repair were explained to me in detail! Front desk hospitality is exceptional, and pricing has always been extremely fair! Huge shoutout to a small business that does an excellent job of caring for their customers! Very Honest and friendly people. Does great work and lets the customer know the shops time line on getting work done. They are very accommodating.
Glenn‘s General repair is an excellent place to take your vehicle. We have 5 different vehicles that we bring over there for service and repairs including a Volvo. Glenn and his crew are amazing of how versatile they are at fixing whatever we bring to them we are so happy to have them in our area.
