They don’t care for there customers I took a battery over for warranty replacement and it took a month and come to find out they never sent it in and told me to come get it and it is 70 miles round trip to go to them

Several Options Discussed For Repair Or Replacement. Honest, Reliable And Fair Priced. Time Spent Both In Research, Plus Staying Open 45 Minutes Past Closing, Allowing Us To Make The 1 1/2 Hour Drive. & Not Just A Motor Waiting There For Us. But 2 Motor Tech's To Make Sure Everything Was Right. Pretty Rare In This Ol' World.... Many Thanks From Papa's Fine Chocolates!!
We cannot say enough great things about this company!! They were so personable, efficient, competent, and wonderful to work with. We called them after hours at 7pm and they went above and beyond to resolve our issues that evening. We are so pleased with their business and highly recommend them.

Great company. They install your pumps and provide great customer service.
I asked them to look at a sump pump, after two months and several phone calls I went into the shop. They came back and said it worked and charged me the $16. I took it home and plugged it in and it was the exact same as it was when I brought it in.
Awesome service!! When we couldn't get a sump pump anywhere within 75 miles, Glenn's came to the rescue, and at 10 p.m. no less! Couldn't recommend them more.
