I hired Glenn's Carpet Cleaners for what felt like a very tough carpet and tile cleaning job in my newly purchased home. From the first call, the customer service was excellent. They responded quickly, explained the cleaning process clearly, and gave me a very fair estimate for three carpeted rooms along with three tile and grout areas. When people say the service is exceptional, it really is. Glenn's Carpet Cleaners sent a father and son team, Barry and Nathaniel, to clean our carpets, sofa, and dining room chairs, and they did an excellent job from start to finish.
