Nathaniel was our carpet cleaning technician and he did an outstanding job! The customer service was excellent—prompt, friendly, and professional. My family was very happy working with the team. Both Barry and Nathaniel took the time to clearly explain over the phone and in person exactly what carpet cleaning services we would be getting, and they were honest and upfront throughout. Scam Artist-NOT located in Topsfield as advertised! Was quoted a rate of $79 for two rooms. Gentleman shows up in a sedan to clean the rugs. I asked him where his cleaning equipment was. He said in the car, which btw, was only big enough to hold a vacuum cleaner size equipment. Before he even entered my home he started to up charge me on the services. I needed the carpets in my commercial building cleaned, and the team was very flexible with scheduling—they worked around my preferred times with no problem. my toddler spilled soda all over our new beige couch while i was working from home and i felt so upset. i tried all sorts of things to clean it but nothing worked. i called Glenn's Carpet Cleaners, hoping they could help. barry answered the phone, took my info, and got someone to my house in less than half an hour. since there was a minimum fee, barry offered to clean the whole couch, not just the spot, and even took care of a soda stain on the carpet nearby. he worked fast, was super friendly, and did a really great job. i ... read more
