After a lot of work was done inside our home, our carpet really got worn out. The beige carpet had water marks, dark furnace soot, food spills, and heavy traffic soil. Grant came in, looked everything over, and explained the carpet cleaning process in a simple and honest way. I was disappointed at first when the carpet cleaning did not give me the results I expected, and I posted a review too quickly. The response from the team and management was almost immediate, and they offered to come back within a few hours to inspect the carpet and fix the issue, which I gladly accepted. David arrived and was excellent. He got right to work, explained the stain treatment process clearly, and let us know what was needed to improve the spotting.
