Very unprofessional and very demanding "Ben" the technician arrived. We had previously agreed to a basic carpet clean and we agreed on a price. He refused to do the work unless I agreed to pay an ADDITIONAL $278+ on top of the basic clean for add-on packages. I told him no. He wanted to argue before eventually going back to his car and leaving. Also, "Ben" showed up in a regular car, not a van, with California plates and no company branding. Pretty suspicious. Thrilled to have found Glenn's Carpet Cleaners. The pricing and online booking were very easy to use, with clear costs and no surprise add-ons. David went above and beyond with my rug cleaning. I was so happy to find this carpet cleaning service. He was professional, friendly, and very easy to work with from start to finish. A rug that means a lot to my family was badly stained after a sick puppy got on it, and I was worried it might be ruined. David and Grant did an excellent job with our carpet stretching and a few related carpet care tasks we asked for. They worked quickly, stayed efficient, and were very respectful of our home the whole time. We’ve had our home’s carpet and tile professionally cleaned twice, and both visits were excellent experiences. The first time, Brandon personally handled the carpet cleaning and tile cleaning, and his hard work really stood out.
