HORRIBLE experience! 1- they arrived very late 2- initial charge was 189 and we ended up paying 300! 3- my carpet was spotless before they came. After they left there were stains on the floor! 4- they didn’t even apologize or compensate Please don’t waste your time or money with these folks
I’ve used this carpet cleaning service in Plano several times and have always been happy with their work, but today the experience was so great I wanted to share. Tanner was our technician, and he did an amazing job. He spent almost 4 hours making sure every part of the carpet was spotless, even getting out some tough black stains I thought would never come out. The carpets look fantastic now! one of our dogs got into a package while we were on vacation, and unfortunately, it had printer ink cartridges inside. the ink spilled all over, leaving a huge dark blue stain about the size of a dinner plate right in our living room carpet. i felt terrible when i saw it. i called glenn's carpet cleaners and sent them some photos of the mess. grant came out within a couple of days and spent over an hour working hard to remove the stains. the next morning, i noticed the blue stain had started to come back. i reached out, and ... read more
i had my rugs, sofa, and loveseat cleaned, and everything turned out fantastic, especially the furniture. the team arrived right on time and acted very professionally. they made a special effort to fit me in for service and provided great results. overall, the experience was excellent, and i highly recommend their carpet cleaning services. i will definitely use them again in the future.
