Very unprofessional make an appointment a week in advance. He didn’t write down what needed to be done. Had a friend drop it off because I’m out of town. Owner had a very bad attitude no customer service. vehicle sat for a week owner (Joe) never reached out to speak to me. Never attempted to make the repairs I requested.
Joe at Glenns Bay Automotive is a life saver! I’m new to the area so when the starter on my Jeep started acting up I panicked – a lot! *bleep* $#$# After explaining my situation to Joe he scheduled an appointment for the next morning and quoted me a price much lower than I expected. Friendly service and they are really knowledgeable about what they do
They came highly reccomended so we contacted them and they were able to accomodate our need very quickly. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Grateful to both Joe's that assisted us. We can travel back to PA without any worries now. When we relocate next year, we now have a trusted place to return to.
My ac was blowing hot air. I called Glenn’s Bay Automotive because they had excellent reviews on every page and on Google. They took my car in right away, fixed the problem and I was in my way in under 30 minutes. Very reasonable as well. Thanks Joe Perry. Highly recommend.
