Very unprofessional make an appointment a week in advance. He didn’t write down what needed to be done. Had a friend drop it off because I’m out of town. Owner had a very bad attitude no customer service. vehicle sat for a week owner (Joe) never reached out to speak to me. Never attempted to make the repairs I requested.
Joe at Glenns Bay Automotive is a life saver! I’m new to the area so when the starter on my Jeep started acting up I panicked – a lot! *bleep* $#$# After explaining my situation to Joe he scheduled an appointment for the next morning and quoted me a price much lower than I expected.
