My sick elderly father brought his vehicle to get the valve cover gaskets replaced, and conveniently both of the cooling fans (never had a problem with cooling system ever ) needed to be replaced. When asked to provide the " broken parts " we were told that they weighed over 250 lbs and I would need a truck because they wouldn't fit in the back of the vehicle! !! Don't believe everything you read. You never know who works on your car at Glenn's Auto. Not all his mechanics are ASE qualified as he claims. I read reviews and websites for several mechanic shops and decided I should add him to the list as I was shopping around for an estimate. When I arrived I was shocked to see a guy I know - not very well - working there who is not ASE qualified. The worrying thing is that he was working on someones engine. The owner and staff at Glenn's Auto Repair are the gold standard by which auto shops should be judged by. They do great work and go beyond what is expected. I was going on a road trip and needed my car checked out before the drive. I also needed someone to check my bike hitch, as it seemed way too wobbly for such a long drive. The owner, Glenn, went way out of his way to help me, making sure the rack was secure. He even a called a friend who owns a bike shop to get his opinion.
