I’m FOUR MONTHS out without my car. Some of it was insurance’s fault, but there seems to always be another part that he for some reason didn’t order before or is still waiting on. Also charged for a new battery because the car’s been sitting so long it died. Last week he assured it would be done Friday or Monday. Nothing happened. Glenn's does a great job of being honest about what repairs are needed and how it needs to be done. They are upfront about costs and time to resolve an issue, even if means they make less money on a repair than a less scrupulous facility. I think they are trustworthy as a customer myself. My father has been a customer for more than 25 years and swears by these guys, and their son, and my father is now an 84 year old car guy that used to do all his own maintenance but can't anymore. These guys are the ones he and I trust.
Not worth the drive . My Vehicle was Listed with a 90 day warranty & when I arrive to pay CASH it was no longer offered with the Jeep because it was 20 years old . AND the CEO will not Honor the Restocking paper signed at time of purchase.My Maryland state inspection found I have a bent frame so I am stuck with it .
Glenn is crazy good a professional in his field!!! Totally recommend.
