Our 6 yr old refrigerator would not keep things cold enough--even on the highest setting. John came over the next day, figured out the problem and returned with a new part within the week. He saved us from having to buy a whole new appliance! He even checked back with us after the Memorial Day week-end to make sure everything was running well. He was amazing!

I have been using Glenn's Appliance for over 10 years. I called last Monday, had it looked at Wednesday, purchased the new one Friday, it was scheduled for delivery today between 8:30 and 9:00, they were here at 8:45, old stove gone, new one installed, and they were gone by 9:15. Top notch service! Having the same repairman for all this time says a lot as well.

My father bought a small fridge part, came home, looked at it and decided that instead of messing with the old fridge might as well buy a new one so we drove back to the store within an hour of the purchase, the guy at the front desk (wasn't even wearing a mask) said that they don't take returns because they don't know if the part has been used. I tried to explain that it hasn't even been enough time to use it, we just decided to return it and buy a fridge instead and he was SUPER rude and very unprofessional. I would NEVER ... read more
