Came out to repair our bus. Took the parts that were broken off and charged us $1800 to order the new parts. Never returned with new parts, and kept the old parts as well, forcing us to tow the bus to another location, costing another $1300 which took months to match up the missing parts. Terrible, and spotty service. I do not recommend using Glenn's. When I asked him for a refund he said that he would give it and never did. Called Mr. Glenn up at 0800 he was at my house by 0900 took the bad alternator out and had my new alternator in by the end of lunch, which included travel to pick up the part. Price was extremely fair, he was super friendly and very professional. Will be going to him for all my car needs and recommending him to anyone I know needing a mechanic. ** Mr. Glenn did not pay me for this review. He 100% earned it. Thank you again, so much.
