Called for a quote based off of a postal advertisement. Spoke with an agent and recieved quote in a few days. Price was decent for the home but higher on auto then my current provider I reached out to see where we could make adjustments on coverages and was completely ghosted.... sent a follow up 10 days later in case they missed my email again nothing its been over a month now since that email...
They are almost scam. Don’t recommend, maybe the 1st year sounds reasonable rate but later your will see all problems

I got a flyer in the mail at just the right time. My home insurance policy was up for renewal, at over a 50% increase, 6 months after renewing my car insurance at an even higher increase. I always toss mail flyers in the mail, but this one was from Allstate, and I was feeling desperate.
