I waited 6 months for this appointment to be seen within 30 mins with being checked in seen by the medical assistant to see the doctor and check out. I took an entire day for this and I left not feeling any better. I went to this Dr for a second opinion I guess since I didn’t fill out questionnaire with his office it wasn’t sufficient. I had all my paper work faxed to the office with previous testing and notes from previous Dr and nothing didn’t even go over it with me was just doing a quick scan over what was sent didn’t ev... read more
Dr Castaneda himself was very nice, but that doesn't cut it for me. The office is non responsive, and you can NEVER get through to speak with someone. No sort of follow up on blood work results, and no response to my thoughts and concerns.
