If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. This place has been a nightmare since we transferred our insurance here. We are getting out as soon as we can get another policy in place. For the three months we have had them, I have made multiple calls about errors and we have received countless letter from them about cancelling our policy (they screwed up the escrow info) and countless letters from our financial institutions about not having the correct information. Never had a problem with State Farm and filing claims, but the people here are rude. We have been with the office for almost 8 years and I called to file a claim to be told RUDELY that I didn't have coverage for that particular event (sewage back-up)--which was never mentioned to me (my bad for not checking the policy).
