I'm currently looking at purchasing a trailer in one of the parks and renting the lot. Brooke and Trinity, the office staff, are super friendly and helpful, answering all my questions about the area. The parks themselves look quite nice and have been cleaned up tremendously from previous years. I think I will love living here if I do purchase the trailer.
Said I couldn’t pay with a money order but helped me figure out a way to pay
The price is unreal. We've been here over 10 years. They can't keep help, they little notes around to fix something but don't say what. They just now started cleaning up around here this year. Now you have to get a cashiers check to pay your rent. Punish those who have done you wrong not everyone. Also before you rent take a drive through the park.. it's 1/4 of how full it use to be. That should be everyones first clue.
I was looking at getting a place here, and while I got into a different location I wanted to leave my experience, the Staff at this location is amazing the manager was on hands and was a sweetheart making sure all my questions were answered and the park looked amazing well maintained and has everything someone could want for a park, the roads and lots looked really maintained, I noticed the hard working maintenance keeping up with the esthetic of the location, and even though I went a different route I would recommend this l... read more
They advertise open units in order to take people's money for application fees that are non refundable. They say they have been trying to take the ad down, but it's up and allows you to submit an application and pay the fee only for them to call and say they took your money because the availability that's on the listing is a lie. That's theft by service, and should be a lawsuit.
