I've been looking to purchase a home in Williston for some time now, and with the current market, been eyeing some mobile homes. I've been interested in some of the mobile homes that Williston Living has recently put up for sale with EXP Realty, and I have got to say, not only are these parks some of the best looking in town and most cleaned up, but Brooke the Manager and Trinity the Assistant Manager are two of the nicest most professional girls you will ever meet! I have lived here for 29 years over the last year or so it has gotten much better. They are taking care of the roads and old trees as they find them and tearing down the broken homes people move out and leave behind. Residents that have let their lots get trashy and junked uphave been made to fix the issues and really clean it up like they are supposed to. So thank you very much to Brooke And Trinity and the other employees for what they've done here for our home!

I've lived here for about a year, and lived here before for about 2 years in 2021-2022. The new management has really turned the place around! The parks look way better, they are clean, the lawns are kept consistently mowed every week, abandoned homes keep being moved out, there is a new resident event every month (sometimes even an entire week's worth of events), my work orders are completed in a timely manner and not ignored, and the phones are actually answered! I'm currently looking at purchasing a trailer in one of the parks and renting the lot. Brooke and Trinity, the office staff, are super friendly and helpful, answering all my questions about the area. The parks themselves look quite nice and have been cleaned up tremendously from previous years. I think I will love living here if I do purchase the trailer.
