I lived in this mobile home park from 1997 to 2020. The Park went from being a semi-clean well kept park with nice neighbors to a neighborhood that is falling apart. The park has horrible drainage and whenever it rains the septic system overflows and it smells like sewer. The street is badly maintained so you see nothing but puddles of sewer and rain water all over. The homes are not maintained and people park more cars than they should in every home.
