Worst car lot I've ever been to. I would never shop with them again. You might have a couple of people in the building with some dignity and that wants you to ride away with a good deal. Horrible at returning phone calls, making money off of you from warranty companies. I really hate that I dealt with these people. I bought a truck from them and the air went out the 2nd day. And it's been in their shop for 2 weeks.
I have stopped by 3 separate times to look at a $50k truck, at all different times of day. I have gotten out, walked across the lot and walked around the truck and not once has anyone come up and talked to me. Today 4 sales men watched me and preceded to ignor me and associate with their friend.
Absolutely do NOT go here to purchase a vehicle. First they sold us a truck that the frame was rusted in 2. Thank god we found that out day 2 of owning it due to us purchasing new tires for it. Frame snapped when lifted on the rack. Returned that vehicle & they did let us get a different vehicle (10k more..smh) we purchased GAP insurance & thank god we did, 2 months later its totaled (thanks deer) we contact this dealer to cancel warranties we had after the total loss (GAP insurance instructed us to) and they wont refund due... read more
I had problems with this dealer from the time we signed the papers to now. They are crooks. They won't stand behind their word. They lied to us several times. They told me when we bought the car that they would give another key. It ended up the screwed up original key creating the new key. Now still only one key works. I still have problems with the key saying the key fob left the car. When it hasn't left the car. They also did warranty work on my car and kept for almost 3 months. Called about a 2017 ram. Didn't have time to go see it. They wanted to a credit app on the phone so it will be there when I showed up. No I'm not buying a truck unseen. So fast forward a couple weeks. They called every week in take time. Go up this Saturday truck sold, seen a 2017 Chevy 1500. 15000 for the truck 177k miles. Got a stupid dock fee on deal.
