I've been with State Farm for over 20 years. Have not any issues I couldn't get resolved with my home or auto insurance. Talking to and working with Courtney has always been pleasant. She's professional and seems very knowledgeable about the job.

Glen Talbert needs to learn how to tell the truth. I asked him call me last June (2023) I have yet to get a call, yet when I FINALLY got him, he said he left messages. Funny. I don't have voice mail. We canceled policies 1/4/24 and they still took our payments out for February and have yet to reimburse us. You can't call anyone but the agent and he had no idea what is going on in his office. He wanted to transfer me to one of the ladies. Now tell me, shouldn't the agent know what's going on in his office? Last summer we had ... read more
