Unfortunately, my previous positive experiences need to be replaced by a more tempered review. I went to Glenn Smile Center for years, and during that time, I had pleasant experiences. When I asked about my borderline gingivitis, I was always told, "It was fine," despite it clearly getting worse from photos. Fast forward to 2024, I had to cancel my appointment with them due to a family emergency. I have chosen the Glenn Smile Center for my Dental Care for over 10 years simply because they are professional at what they do. The office staff has always been polite and attentive to the needs of my family in particular to my 91 year old mother-in-law. My dental hygienist is the best and both doctors are great. I would highly recommend them both!
We just started going and Dr. Falona and her staff were very kind and patient with my 6yr old son and 3yr old daughter. She made my son very comfortable, talked to him throughout the process. My daughter was a tough cookie but they were patient and made her feel comfortable. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr Glenn and Dr Falona Glenn, as well as Jen and Cristal have been so wonderful! They are all skilled at what they do and incredibly kind. I appreciate all of their COVID policies that they continue to follow to keep everyone as safe as possible.
