Excellent Dentist is every way. His office staff needs customer service training in a bad way. They accidentally forgot to mark my appointment cancelled when I called and then refused to refund the $30 they charged my wife for their mistake, or even check with Dr. Sasser to see if he would like to make an exception in this case to obtain a customer. Very unfortunate!
Very nice office and one of the best dentist that I have ever used.
