Lost a contract on the sale of our house because they claimed the entire septic system needed to be replaced and was infiltrated with roots - WITHOUT ACTUALLY INSPECTING anything! They reported this to the potential buyer, so we asked RotoRooter to provide some evidence for their claim. Do not give your credit card number, they went to our bank account without notifying us and charged six months later $199 for just showing up. Roto-Rooter Sewer & Drain, it's NOT okay to go directly to the customer's account and charge without notifying a customer
