Said he was glad to have more white patients, because they’re easier. I never made a follow up appointment after that.
This doctor is about as caring as one can get. The hateful reviews are from domestic terrorists. I am an AA and was treated professionally and with respect. He is the most knowledgeable doctor I have ever visited. We are lucky to have him!!!
He took great care of my family when we were in residency in South Bend. Very kind and caring. Takes time with patients. Too bad there are troll reviews on here who have never met him.

I went to see him once.. he made me feel extremely uncomfortable.. as a black woman. I can't help but it wonder if it's because of the color of my skin.. I don't recommend...
The hateful reviews are from a small group of protesters. They aren’t patients and don’t know him. Dr. Wheet is an excellent, caring physician. He has helped all of our family through rough times with his knowledge and compassionate care. I would highly recommend him.
The doctor ran his car Through police barricades into a crowd of protesters INTENTIONALLY and dragged a 23 year old young man, injuring him so he required hospitalization!
The doctor is great. He really took the time to hear me out on my concerns and gave me good advice and treatment. I felt the staff was respectful of my time. I really appreciate the level of professionalism at Dr. Wheet's office.
