Was in a year ago took 15 minutes not even. A wait is fine but I was never told that I was told it’d be in and out just like the year before. Maybe you should hire someone with less ignorance and he could’ve explained to me it was gonna be 2 hours. I would’ve simply scheduled it for a drop off. So far it has been a very positive experience with Glenn and his team. he calls to update, provides options, and is always very friendly. Glad to have found a great shop for my always issued laden FORD TRUCK. FYI........ don't buy Ford.......
