I started working for Dr. Matheny when I was 19 years old. I’m now an ABO certified Optician. I’m 52 now and after all these years, I am forever grateful to Dr. Matheny for teaching so many skills that I feel has made me far more superior in my profession than most of the Opticians I have worked with. Old school methods are far more superior to what little dispensing optician these days learn. I will forever be grateful to this man for I am, with no doubt, a Optician, heart an soul.
