I arrived back from a 5 month overseas trip to find my ute and van with flat batteries. Being a Sunday, I contacted Glenn, and he came down the same day and got me sorted. I was so impressed with Glenn and his service that I got Glenn back to fix a few issues with the caravan. Glenn got all issues sorted, plus got my diesel heater working, which has been handy during winter. Thanks Glenn
Glen was very rude after accepting a booking for 7.30 am. Our caravan pk didn't open till this time. Glen arrived at 7am, couldn't contact-us and decided to abort the job by texting us. At 7.20am we went to wait for him at the gate entrance. Saw his text, rang him immediately and he was rude aggressive and wouldn't return to the booked appt. Leaving us stranded with no way of continuing our trip till we could locate another. Glen,I suggest when you book a time, stick to that time. You gave us no opportunity to discuss.
Fantastic service from Glenn. Came to our van on a Saturday and resolved our issue promptly. Very fair price given you are paying a professional for their skill and expertise. Friendly and efficient.
Don’t be fooled by the website and what it is Glenn can do. Glenn did nothing but whine about the simplest of jobs for which I was going to pay $450 for. I asked a simple question about the job… Glenn didn’t like my attitude and stormed off. He was there for 3 minutes. So if you want a cantankerous shyster who is NOTHING like his website… call Glenn to get let down and disappointed.
Awesome service, using only quality products, value for money and highly recommend Glenn.
