I replaced a Kia Forte for a Ford Festival and now I have a payment due of $254 when I normally would pay around $100. I checked and noticed some coverages were not what I had. I did not increase them I actually have been looking how to lower coverage and costs. I am economically struggling. I called and chatted but I learned, they dont care about my issue. Time to get a new provider after being a loyal customer since 2012
Just switched back to State Farm after a number of years and highly recommend Glenn Ritchie as agent. I have been working with Nancy Davis at this branch and she was very helpful with my home/automobile combo policies. Nancy got me great policies and saved me a lot of money.
