Quoted $350 for a new set of keys over the phone. When we went to pick up the vehicle, $350 had turned into $550. Be very careful dealing with the service department.
Check engine light on my 32' Class C motorhome came on while I was on the road. This is one of the few Ford locations that service motorhomes. Popped by and got the issue addressed in a timely fashion, plus while there I asked about another issue, and they will be able to fix that as well .... all under the bumper to bumper warranty. Thank you for your expertise work.
Wow! Lori and the service department saved the day! Had trouble with my Bronco Sport driving south on I35, she was able to squeeze me in, source a part and get me back on the road. Incredible service.
