Scamm alert. Took my 2022 Dodge 2500 in because the start button stopped working. Apparently a very common problem with the Dodge trucks. They charged me almost $1000 dollars to fix it, thankfully my extended warranty cover part of it and I ended up paying around $300+. So far, so good. I go to pick up my truck Friday afternoon, after work, just as they are closing up. Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs I don’t normally write reviews, but my experience at Glenn Polk Ram in Gainesville, TX was so unbelievably bad that I feel obligated to warn others. The finance lady was rude to every extent of the word. I came in polite and courteous, simply asking clarifying questions about the terms of the deal — nothing aggressive, nothing unreasonable.
