Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs I don’t normally write reviews, but my experience at Glenn Polk Ram in Gainesville, TX was so unbelievably bad that I feel obligated to warn others. Frank at Glenn Polk Autoplex I have to tip my hat to you sir! You are truly a master of your craft and have made me a believer that there can be a car salesman out there that truly cares not only about the buyers experience but that the overall happiness with what the receive.
