We have three dogs who receive excellent care from a wonderful team. They enjoy going to the clinic as much as going to the park.🤷
We had been coming here for years, but we’ve decided to look elsewhere. The previous vet was reasonable and focused on recommending only the treatments that were truly necessary. However, our experience with the current vet has been different. we feel the approach is much more aggressive, with attempts to sell expensive tests and medications. Although their initial consultation fee may seem lower than other clinics, the total cost often ends up being much higher. Would not recommend.
Try to order food and we are always told they will call when it comes in, and they never do. 2x we have had to go and find out if our food is there and we always get an excuse as to why they didn't call. Will be going somewhere else from now on. 3 years ago we took our cat in because we thought he had an abscess on his cheek and the vet squeezed the hell out of it. Gave us 2 weeks of antibiotics. My dog Juno developed pyometra and they were able to get her in for surgery right away. That was a few months ago and she recovered quick with no complications. Thank you!
