Excellent dentists but lousy phone service. No matter the time of day, I can never reach the admin staff directly. I am always sent to voicemail to leave a message. They do get back but it’s a few hours later. It would be nice to reach them on the first try like their other Pearl City clinic.

Excellent dentists but lousy phone service. No matter the time of day, I can never reach the admin staff directly. I am always sent to voicemail to leave a message. They do get back but it’s a few hours later. I find them to be expensive and ifcI overpay, money is put into an account instead of me getting a refund.

Been trying to get in touch with the Pearl City office for the past two days. Left several messages but no response. Disappointing. If they aren’t taking new patients I would have appreciated a response from them. Time to look elsewhere for a dentist thst accepts medicare.
