I haven't seen this guy in months and he's been billing my insurance the whole time hasn't bothered to call and try to see me or let me know he's billing me just called insurance and told them to quit paying him idk what kind of person bills you even though your not seeing him anymore I would understand if he tried contacting me and tried to set up an appointment but nothing
