I used Glenn Lakes Pharmacy after my doctor recommended it. I had never had such an experience anywhere. Mona is unprofessional and talks down to people. She provides poor customer service. She did not have my medication that I had paid for and had the audacity to get an attitude with me. When she decided to give me my money back she decided that she was going to not refund me $20 because she claims to have given me that medication. Mona, the pharmacist was so attentive to our needs. Glen Lake Pharmacy is the only pharmacy in the Houston area which carries a specialty prescription we needed for our fertility. She individually filled the prescription in a single use syringe for ease of use. She did not carry one of the medication we needed, not only did she researched and guided us to a pharmacy which carried it, she personally called the pharmacist and told her of our needs. I bought an expensive compounded drug last week from Glen Lakes Pharmacy. My insurance company will not reimburse me unless the Pharmicist signs a standardized form with the prescription label of the drug included in the form. I filled out all the blank spaces and included the prescription label with the form. All I needed was the signature of the pharmacist.
