Initially I was skeptical because my case was with another law firm then transferred over to Craig Glenn and his team. This was by far the BEST decision for my case. Both he and Mercedes were responsive, attentive, and engaged in every aspect of the case- giving a play by play at each turn. Ultimately, they were kindhearted and sought out justice for me and my family. I would recommend them to anyone I know.
