Jacob checked our unit to determine the part he needs to order. He's very nice and friendly. Waiting for the part to arrive. We had to have a new unit put in. Glenn I Jones Home Services took care of ordinary a new unit. Jacob the tech installed the new unit. Excellent job, and it's a much better unit than the one we had to replace. It's working great. We are very pleased with the care they gave us and with the new unit. They stand behind their word and their work.

Highly recommend GIJ. David was very professional, didn't use foul language (as do several others), was prompt, went above and beyond in recommending things we can do to keep our HVAC unit properly maintained. *update* Since last year, I've called GIJ twice for service at rental properties and have continued to be pleased. Jacob was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
