Going to Dr Glenn for 19 years. He is the best in Coachella Valley. As an older guy (75 now) we have done 4 crowns, a 4 tooth bridge, some small cavities, etc....He tells you what he is going to do, explains everything in detail, and the results are excellent. I have recommended him to four neighbors over the years and they all still go to him. The best. Hard to believe someone gave him a one star.
Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered with a dental office. Specifically went in to the office to make appointments for my family, and to explain the needs of my husband appointment. Worked with the office staff for over 20 minutes to find an appointment time for my husband, three months out, and they decided the day before the appointment that they couldn’t accommodate. I've been going to Dr. Huddleston for many years, maybe 15. He is so professional, kind and doesn't try to upsell. I have complete trust in him, he is the best. I've recommended him to many of my friends.
I have been a patient of Dr. Huddleston since 2012 and was pleased to find out how gentle and caring his service is along with his hygienists, especially Claudia. Some dental offices are quite aggressive in their promotions of preventative care services and miscellaneous procedures; I have not experienced this with Dr. Huddleston. My husband recently changed to Dr. Huddleston and is pleased as well.
