Won't inspect your air conditioner unless it's below 65 degrees. My inspection was in the winter. Convenient for the seller that there was no power wired to the air conditioner.

I would not recommend Glenn home inspections to anyone else. One of the inspectors completed an inspection and told me my furnace was in good condition, 2 months after moving into the house my furnace went out during the cold winter storm. I showed the hvac technician the video that was attached to my report and he mentioned that the noise coming from my furnace during the inspection was a clear indication that the furnace was going bad and I was stuck without heat for several days and an $2500 estimate I contacted the owner... read more
