Terrible experience with this business. Paid $300 for them to come out the same day to fix inspect a furnace. They gave me a four hour window that they said they would show up in. I never received a call. During the last half hour of the window I called and they said no one could come out that today. Worst part is the opportunity cost, as I could have been booking someone else.
The "Best Service" and follow up we have ever seen! Nick was very professional and helpful in finding a solution to our furnace problems. Chris was outstanding with the very quick installation and also checked back with us the next day. 5 star service!! Jim & Ingrid Garhart
