I would never recommend Dr. Mertz. He is unprofessional, rude, and not a nice person. His bedside manner is nonexistent. I have never in my life met a person so mean. I have also never met a physician that is that nasty. He never gave me an order/prescription for tests. He also never followed up with our visit. Then he proceeded to treat me like crap, yelling at me for not having a test done. I was never given anything or got a phone call to have a test done.

Dr. Telang saved my husband’s life. He diagnosed my husband with bladder cancer within two days of our first visit. He ensured my husband had surgery right away. Dr. Telang’s bed-side manner is awesome. He’s very down-to-earth and caring. He takes his time with us and makes sure he answers all our questions. We highly recommend him.

Terrible Doctor. Don't consider him for any urological issues. I was told to bring my disc from an MRI and a copy of the radiologist report. When I had my appointment with Dr. Mertz, he didn't even look at either one. Told me he wasn't good at reading MRI's. What kind of Dr. says that to a patient? After my appointment, he never followed up or gave me any further instructions.

Dr Coccimiglio is hard to understand and doesn't explain procedures. To handle my wife's kidney stone she put in a pre-surgery stent. We were led to believe she would do the surgery the following week. My wife had nothing but problems with the stent causing her to throw up everything she ate for three days. We contacted the doctor and she said it would be at least two weeks before she could operate since she and her partner were going out of town for a conference. AFTER SITTING IN THE EXAM ROOM FOR A HOUR AND A HALF IN MY UNDER WARE NO DOCTOR TO BE SEEN. MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 10;30 I ARRIVED AT 10;20 WENT TO EXAM ROOM THE MEDICAL ASSISTANT TOOK URINE AND ULTRASOUND NEVER SEEN THE DOCTOR AND SHE NEVER CAME IN TO SEE ME.I BELIVE SHE WAS JUST COMING IN FROM THE STREET AS WE WERE LEAVING. DONT WAST YOUR TIME WITH THIS DOCTOR SHE SEEM TO THINK ONLY HERE TIME IS VALUABLE. I INTEND TO SEND HER A BILL FOR A $125.00 FOR MY WASTED TIME AND TRAVEL.

There are not enough stars here to show my appreciation for this doctor. In fact he has not just become my urologist, he's become my partner in medical care. He's at the top of my list for the doctor I value for his expertise.He takes the time you need with questions & for me has always made me feel all will be ok with an unpredictable incurable condition.He's easy to talk to & his sense of humor is a plus; since laughter can be the best medicine. Supportive doctors like him are hard to acquire.

Outstanding clinician who is knowledgable, responsive and caring. I appreciate his directness and honesty. He never appears to be rushed or unwilling to listen. He creates an appropriate and desirable atmosphere of confidence that is reassuring. I highly recommend Dr Telang.

Dr. Telang is both an amazing Dr., and person! He truly cares about you & your overall health. Every time I see him he spends as much time as I need, as if I am his only patient!! My last surgery I was told by the hospital staff what an incredible surgeon he is, I wasn’t nervous but it’s always nice to have some reassurance from an outside source. I wish I could find a physician that is half as caring as this Dr.
