RecommendedI used their prenatal and postpartum class and it was SO helpful! I loved having the tools to use to have my body at it's best before delivery. The acupressure points and other tips they give to use at home for different parts of pregnancy they came in handy! I highly recommend it if you're pregnant! I also saw Montana before my delivery and it was just the treatment my body needed. She just had learned some new techniques and they worked great for my body!!

These two are so amazing! You are welcomed the second you walk through the door. Two of the nicest, most thorough, intelligent, and honest people you would ever want to take care of you! I have some of the best conversations with those two while I’m there.
