Travis Glenn and everyone at this office , is very kind , understanding, they take time to listen , they take time to explain issues, very knowledgeable and up to date on everything medical . I highly recommend these doctors at the clinic . Just amazing.
Dr Travis called in a prescription for my dad and the pharmacy didn’t have it in stock instead of doing the right thing and try to locate the medicine at another pharmacy he told me to call around to different pharnacies to try and find it and then transfer the script to them what a lazy doctor do your job!!! Aren’t you supposed to help your patients? It feels like once he gets your money he forgets about you
Dr. T. Glen sent me home after a fractured rib and RSV with aspirin and a few lidocaine patches. That was after an xray no less. After a few desperate days of coughing and severe spasms, I went to Minute Medical where they took x rays again, and sure enough I had a non displaced fracture. I cried, finally I was being treated properly. This office has treated horrible. Wrong medications, denied an inhaler, rude receptions, unreasonable request, and wrong diagnosis. Please go somewhere else.
