Very difficult to communicate with. First time I called, the electrician did not understand what my job entailed. Okay, things happen. Just called now, talked to the electrician's wife about needing a certified electrician to inspect a service entrance - and she did not understand - then she hung up on me.
We recently bought a home in Marble, PA and were looking for an electrician for several little projects. Glenn Electrical immediately returned our phone call and came to look at the projects before quickly working us into their schedule. On the day of our appointment, three people came and quickly divided up our projects and got straight to work. They were all very friendly and professional.
