Very disappointed. Placed an order online and got a call saying the price needs to be updated and now it's about $200 more. I wish prices wouldn't be on websites if they aren't kept updated. I now have to go back to my customer and explain and am sure the order will be lost. Regardless of the fine print of prices subject to change, it's just bad business.
WOW! Customer service IS still alive and well. Glenn Electric has impressed me once again with the level of service and communication to help me take care of my customers. Their quality of work and customer service will keep me coming back again and again. Thank you for making us look great to our customers!!!
