My primary referred me to Dr. Cahn for ADHD testing. Dr. Cahn asked me two questions: “What makes you think you have ADHD?” followed immediately by “Are you sure you’re not having problems with boyfriends?” Dr. Cahn knew nothing about me at that point, and instead of asking, he made rude assumptions and was incredibly dismissive.
Warning - be careful and prepared if going in for testing. I read the negative reviews and ignored them. traumatic and very upsetting. he was so fast and wouldn't give me a chance to catch up, would cut me off in the middle of an answer with another question. Seemed agitated and frustrated with me. When I cried he slammed a box of tissues on the desk and kept going.
