Just called to get a quote on my home and auto insurance. Was looking to switch companies.The guy I spoke with was complaining that when people call and the get a quote that's around the same as their price they don't switch and it takes him an hour to do all the work. Didn't seem interested in doing his job at all.Sorry I'm asking you to do your job. Why even go to work.Horrible customer service and interaction. Will never truly progressive again.
