Be very cautious when purchasing a new motorcycle from this dealership. If you are purchasing a new sports motorcycle, you will not be able to test drive before you purchase. This wasn't a big deal because I knew what I wanted, but upon arriving home and getting a chance to write it, I noticed several things.Almost all of the cables were not tighten down and the lock nut was just spinning away. I bought a used motorcycle and two days later had a safety concern about the rear tire losing 10 psi overnight. I contacted Fuel Motorsports immediately with , I'll tell my manager and he'll get back to you. heard nothing for 4 days but kept track of the tire still consistently losing 10 psi overnight, no riding. Contacted them again and asked for them to just mount a new tire (at their cost) that I already purchased , still no response as of today. Absolutely the worst sales service I've ever encountered. Started dealing with Blake 10/13/21. For a 2022 Sportsman 450 Ut $7900 sale price. Was told my deposit wouldn't be taken unless financing was going to be approved. That was an out right lie. They took the deposit $500. Set an appointment for me to pick up quad 10/19/21. I tried for two days to confirm everything was a go. No reply back via numerous forms of communication. Then finally Saturday 10/16 Brandon calls says my financing wasn't approved. Very interesting issue. Had decided to purchase a used ATV. Went in to test drive the unit. While speaking to CJ I told him clearly this would be a credit card purchase of a $3500 unit. He said he'd talk to the mgr because they don't usually accept credit cards for the entire purchase price. Odd. He walked off and came back with the test ride waiver so I assumed we were good to go.
