I scheduled a 2nd opinion and went in and started talking about the cataract surgery that I am having with another MD at the end of the month and Dr. Cook became very irate and was yelling at me and calling me names and walked out of the appt saying "pay me $400 and I will listen to your questions all day". He is very unstable, and I am never going back. He has no respect for women and treated me like I was not even a human being. Apparently he was mad because I scheduled surgery with another MD.
