They addressed our concerns in a timely manner. They were courteous and professional. No one wants to have to take their vehicle in for service, but Glenn Buege makes it as painless as possible.
Excellent service!! When Williams Subaru was booked for weeks out, I brought my Subaru Forester here for an oil change and tire rotation. Tech Scott McLain was very knowledgeable with Subarus and took great care of my vehicle. Even if you don't own a GM vehicle, you're in good hands here.
Brought my truck in for service. The issue was not what I thought. Tech did a good job illiciting help to diagnose the noise. Result was a recommendation for engine replacement. Deb and team did a good job giving me all my options and costs. Appreciate them being thorough.
Vehicle in at scheduled time, reprogramed while I waited. Very friendly & knowledgeable staff. I keep returning for these reasons.
