Do not go to this dermatologist!!!! Did not get a through exam was a waste of time and money he was very rushed to get done definitely not recommended
The staff doesn't take the time to call your insurance to verify the enrollment. They do everything 'electronically'. I was able to call the insurance in front of them to get the number that they needed to process the claim. They asked me to make another appointment. By the way, they charge you $35 if you don't show up but if you do and because their incompetency you don't get the service, it's not their business. Technology won't replace the common sense and the responsibilities with your patients.
I suffer from allergies and hives and endure frequent rashes. Dr. Sterling has always been able to identify the problem immediately and provide the appropriate medication. This has not been my experience with other providers. I have found appointments easy to schedule, friendly staff and no wait times when visiting his practice.
Great Dermatologist
I have been seeing Dr Sterling for years. He is an amazing Dermatologist. He is knowledgeable, patient, has very reasonable prices for skin care services and always takes great care of my skin. I send all of my family members to his office because he truly is the best! You won’t regret trying him out I promise!
